Refund and Returns Policy
Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We make every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 will be processed for production the next working day. Each print is made to order, so it takes a few days for you to receive the print. During the ordering process, you will receive an indication of the delivery time. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The prices mentioned are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated based on your order and can be calculated in your shopping cart.
Cancellation/Return Period
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps the product is not to your liking, or maybe there is another reason why you do not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order without stating a reason within 14 days after receipt.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories will be returned to ThirtyTree in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. To exercise this right, please contact us via hello@thirtytree.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary, we may pass on this depreciation in value to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning it.
Exchange of Product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all. You can contact us at hello@thirtytree.nl. However, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product to us.
I provided the wrong delivery address!
Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via hi@studiofinch.nl. We will try to modify the order for you.
